As a conveyor belt joint tool, the vulcanizer must be maintained in the same way as other tools during and after use to extend its service life. At present, the vulcanizing machine produced by our company has a service life of more than 10 years as long as it is properly used and maintained.
The following issues should be paid attention to when maintaining the vulcanizer:
1. The storage environment of the vulcanizer should be kept dry and well ventilated to avoid damp electrical circuits due to humidity;
2. Do not use the vulcanizer outdoors on rainy days to prevent water from entering the electric control box and heating plate;
3. If the working environment is humid and watery, when disassembling and transporting the vulcanizing machine, use items on the ground to raise it, and do not let the vulcanizing machine directly contact with water;
4. If water enters the heating plate due to improper operation during use, please contact the manufacturer for repair first. If emergency repairs are needed, you can open the cover of the heating plate, pour out the water first, then set the electric control box to manual operation, heat it to 100℃, keep it at a constant temperature for half an hour, dry the line, and then Glue the belt in the manual state. At the same time, the manufacturer should be contacted in time for the overall replacement of the circuit.
5.If the vulcanizer does not need to be used for a long time, the heating plate should be heated every half month (the temperature is set at 100°C), and the temperature should be kept for about half an hour.
